ALL Food vendors are required to have the following:
 
A valid Delaware State Business License & an up to date Health Inspection
If you are an out of state food vendor you are required to have the business license & health inspection from the state in which your business is registered.
If you are not a food truck you are REQUIRED to provide your own 10 x 10 tent. You are permitted to brand your tent, i.e, logos, photos, etc.  
You are required to provide all the essential items you need to operate your on-the-go business. Generators, folding tables, condiments, napkins, plastic ware, trash can, trash bags, etc. 
After payment has been recieved you will recieve an email detailing arrival instructions and times, and  load in/load out details
