HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND TRAPSTOCK? 21

Age Restrictions

  • This event is 21+ Older

  • All guests will be asked to verify they are 21 or older, by providing a valid government issued ID at all points of entry, and again at all points of liqour sales.

WILL THERE BE SECURITY? YES

Security

  • Armed security WILL be on site.

  • Every guest will have to submit to a full security screening at the point of entry. NO large bags, cross body bags, or totes will be allowed or permitted into the event. Small wristlet bags, and/or wallets will be allowed

  • No outside food, alcohol or beverage will be permitted into the event.

  • There is ZERO tolerance for verbal/ physical confrontations and altercations. You will be immediatelty ejected from the event, and vacated from the property. You will be banned from ALL future CBDW events.

WILL THERE BE PARKING? ABSOLUTELY

Parking

  • Upon arrival you will be directed by a Trapstock parking concierge to a designated area and parking spot. (Trapstock Parking Concierges will be in a reflective vest)

  • When exiting your vehicle, confirm your doors are locked and your windows are closed. The event venue and/or CBDW, and any of its related entities ARE NOT responsible for damaged or stolen property.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL, FOOD, OR BEVERAGE?  NAW

Food & Beverage

  • The Trapstock Food Court will be a collective group of food trucks/venodrs, offering a varity of food types, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please bring cash, in case a food vendor does not except debit or credit cards.

  • Trapstock or CBDW does not dictate the prices of the food vendors items. The vendors are in complete control of pricing their menu.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BLANKET? YES

BYOB(LANKET

  • If you intend to bring your own blanket to lay out on the "Trap" Lawn, you must carry it in hand or in a translucent (clear) bag, so that the contents of the bag are visible.

  • You do not need a VIP ticket or reserved section to bring your own blanket

HOW DO I PURCHASE A RESERVED SECTION?

Reserved Section Seating

  • When purchasing a reserved section you will refer to the                           on the website and/or  on the product page.

  • Each reserved section on the map is numbered, i.e, 1, 2, 3, 4. and divided into segments based on the type of section you plan to purchase.

  • You will click the drop down menu on the right hand side of the screen and select the section number you'd like by clicking the same number that is noted on the map.

CAN I SWITCH MY TABLE LOCATION AFTER I PURCHASE IT? NOPE

  • Once you have selected and purchased your section you WILL NOT be able to re-arrange or move your section the day of the event.

DOES MY SECTION COME WITH BOTTLES? YES

  • Each section includes bottle service.

  • The bottle choices included with your table purchase are as follow, Hennessy, Casamigos, Ciroc, Moet Chandon, Bel Air

HOW DO I SUBMIT THE TYPE OF BOTTLES I WANT FOR MY SECTION?

  • Once you arrive to checkout (on the website) scroll down to the box that reads "Add notes" Fill in the box with your bottle selection, i.e, Hennesy, Ciroc, Patron.

DO I HAVE TO BUY A TICKET AND A SECTION? NO

  • Each section includes a specified number of tickets.

  • One of those tickets is designated for the YOU the "Purchaser" the remainder of the tickets are for whom ever the YOU the "Purchsaser" invites to your reserved section.

DO I HAVE TO BUY A SECTION TO PURCHASE A BOTTLE? NO

  • You CAN purchase additional bottles from your bottler server the day of event.​

IS THERE A BOTTLE MENU? YES

  • Full Bottle Menu: Hennessy 750 ML ($200)

  • Casa Migos 750 ML ($200)

  • Ciroc 750 ML ($150)

  • Moët Chandon 750 ML ($200)

  • Bel Air 750 ML ($200)

  • Clase Azul Repasado ($300)

  • Don Julio 1942 Tequila ($300)

  • Ace of Spades ($600)

CAN I CHOOSE MY BOTTLES FOR MY RESERVED SECTION FROM THE FULL BOTTLE MENU? NO

  • Reserved sections come with our top shelf bottle menu, which includes: Hennessy, Casamigos, Ciroc, Moet Chandon and Bel Air. 

  • The extended bottle menu features a mix between our top shelf and premium bottle selections.

  • The premium bottles (Clase Azul Repasado, Don Julio 1942, Ace of Spades) are not included with the reserved sections BUT can be purchased on the day of the event, via your bottle server.

DO I GET THE TICKETS THAT COME WITH MY SECTION BEFORE THE EVENT? NO

  • The people that YOU the  "Purchaser" invites to use your reserved section tickets, MUST ARRIVE TO THE EVENT WITH YOU OR AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU THE PURCHASER, TO USE THE TICKETS

  • If your guest arrives without you they will have to pay to enter.

  • You will not be permitted to re-visit the point of entry/admissions table to retrieve your guest.

CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET TO VIP AFTER I'VE ALREADY PURCHASED IT? YES

  • On the day of the event, you will present your ticket at the point of entry.

  • You will ask to upgrade to VIP

  • You will then asked to pay the difference based on what the VIP ticket value is on the day of the event.

  • For example, if you paid $35 for your General admission ticket, if on the day of the event (IF VIP IS NOT SOLD OUT) the VIP ticket is $75, you will pay a total of $40 to upgrade your ticket,

CAN I GET A REFUND? NO

  • ALL sales are FINAL

WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE FOR SALE? OF COURSE

Merchandise

  • Official Trapstock merchandise will be available  for purchase. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, souvenir cups, etc. Cash and all credit & debit cards will be accepted.
